As we expand our operations, we are seeking a motivated and skilled Property Investment Consultant to join our Canary Wharf office.

As a Property Investment Consultant, you will play a key role in promoting and selling Dubai investment properties to potential clients. Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate relationships with high-net-worth individuals, investors, and institutions who are interested in diversifying their investment portfolios with Dubai real estate. You will provide professional advice, conduct market research, and guide clients through the entire investment process. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with excellent growth potential.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain a strong network of potential clients, including high-net-worth individuals, investors, and Institutions.
- Proactively seek out new business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Travel to Dubai if and when required to engage with developers and clients.
- Educate clients about the benefits of investing in Dubai real estate, highlighting market trends, potential returns, and growth opportunities.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify investment properties that align with clients' financial objectives.
- Provide personalised advice and guidance to clients, addressing their concerns, answering queries, and assisting with negotiations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes, including legal, finance, and property management departments.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market changes, and legal regulations related to Dubai real estate investments.
- Attend networking events, seminars, and industry conferences to expand your professional network and enhance your industry knowledge.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in property sales or real estate investment consultancy.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
- In-depth knowledge of real estate, including current trends, property types, and investment regulations.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Fluency in English
