Beaumont House located in Hucknall Nottingham, is a 79 bed Registered Care Home with a limited number of private apartments and provides an excellent standard of residential care for the elderly, including nursing and dementia care as well as shorter term care.

An excellent opportunity has arisen in our new Care Home for those who aspire to “really make a difference” to the lives of older people that have chosen to live in spectacular new developed residential care services.

We are looking for a **Front of House/Kitchen Assistant.**

Qualification ideally Basic Food Hygiene Certificate to level 2 or 3. Experience working within Care Homes, Schools and Hotels/Guest Houses would be desirable.

**Key Tasks**
- To maintain a high standard of cleanliness within the kitchen, dining and storage areas.
- To be responsible (under the supervision of Chef/Head Chef) for the serving and removal of food on the ground floor in conjunction with staggered meal times.
- To promote and display a professional image commensurate with the high standards of Crown Care Group.
- To show hosting skills by offering visitors and guests refreshments.
- To ensure all dining and Bistro areas are kept tidy, set up and well stocked with food, beverages, cutlery and crockery.
- Help with special events.
- Ensure correct menus for each day are available and displayed throughout the home on stands and tables.
- To maintain appropriate workflow in the kitchen by assuring prompt clearing and washing of dishes, crockery, pots and pans.
- Every other weekend off.

**Salary**: £10.72 per hour
