Due to continued expansion and success within our family run business we are currently recruiting for an ambitious and dynamic Senior Designer from the midlands area, to work at our luxury and high end kitchen showroom in Solihull.

Working with the rest of our team you will create a warm welcome for our customers and establish what they are looking for. You will be responsible for selling our range of luxury kitchens. We will give you all the tools and training needed to bring you up to speed with everything necessary to be successful in this role.

Previous sales experience is required with a confident, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn is a must A passion for design and interiors, as well as a high level of attention to detail is needed. Along with being someone who can stay motivated and is constantly aiming for the highest level of customer service.

We have multiple ways of working with our customers, whether it’s face to face or remotely ensuring maximum availability to the whole of the UK. We also have a dedicated marketing team who establish a secure and continual customer database.

The key objective of the role is to design and sell our high brand of products called 1909 kitchens and furniture. Working with some of the industry's leading manufacturers will enable you to create bespoke and exciting special designs using CAD design packages and easy quoting systems. You will need to survey our customers project at their home, so a full UK licence is needed. Then present your beautiful design in our award winning showroom at Solihull. Therefore, we need someone is confident and can effectively communicate their ideas with great problem solving skills and creative thinking.

Meet your targets and you will enjoy one of the best commission structures around with a realistic OTE in excess of £65,000.

**Salary**: £18,593.11-£58,327.52 per year
