Established over 10+ years, our client is rapidly becoming a sector leading soft landscaper, working on large scale and multi phased projects.

The business has several focuses including soft landscaping, grounds maintenance and fencing. As a Lead Fencer, you will be required to work on New and Commercial projects with experience in these fields. They carry out new build projects in Berkshire, Surrey,Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, and Oxfordshire.

As a lead fencer you will be provided with a van and will have a clean driving license. You will ideally have experience and be responsible for the installation of a variety of fencing systems on predominantly new build housing sites. The systems you willbe required to install are closeboard fencing, gates, sheds, ranch fencing, palisade fencing and hoarding.

**Your responsibilities**:

- You will be competent in reading site plans.
- Setting out of fence lines.
- Materials requirements.
- General organization of day-to-day operations.
- Physically fit and dexterous.
- Ability to operate the appropriate tools and equipment.
- Capacity to fulfil your duties independently an on time.
- Ability to direct a fencer working on your instructions.
- Experience with Overlap, Featheredge, Picket fencing, Closeboard, gates, sheds, ranch fencing, palisade fencing and hoarding.

**The Person**:

- Previous experience in all types of fencing
- UK Driving licence Essential.
- CSCS would be beneficial.
- Supervisory experience

- Salary: £30,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
