This is a rare opportunity within an established IFA who deal with a whole range of Mortgage solutions.

**They are looking for an experienced Mortgage adviser to take on an employed basis to deal with a broad range of Residential and BTL clients.**
- You would provide mortgage and protection advice from the whole of the market.
- Warm client leads that are often of a HNW nature will be provided to you to support your own development.
- Your administration would be completed by an in-house administration team who will key/submit your cases via the various lenders online portals/platforms, allowing you to spend more time speaking with and meeting with clients.
- Once your case has been submitted the administration team will then regularly liaise with your clients, lenders, solicitors and yourself, seeing your cases through to their successful completion.

Based in very smart and friendly offices close to Leatherhead, surrey.

The role offers a good number of client leads, a basic salary c £35-£40k with supporting package inc commission.

This is a new role and is available immediately.
