Mitie Telecoms are leading providers of acquisition, design and construction (ADC) services for telecoms infrastructure. The business also provides specialist managed services of temporary mobile infrastructure to support the special events market, as well as bespoke structural engineering and design services for telecoms assets.

Due to continued growth we are looking for Commercial Support individuals to join the team, based out of our Manchester office.

**_ What are the main role responsibilities?_**

Commercial Support will be actively supporting the Commercial Team and the Senior Commercial Manager continually supporting the business and system administration. you will be responsible for adding and maintaining the quality of information to Business Central (management system) and to raise and issue supplier PO's, whilst also assisting with the preparation of the final accounts.

Other responsibilities will include:

- Assisting with any other ad-hoc commercial management requests - “trouble shooting”
- Commercial Administrative support to specific projects/customers
- **System Updates including f**iling commercial documents on Sharepoint
- Review procurement programme / schedules with the Project Manager and Senior QS then send enquiries to suppliers or sub-contractors so that orders can be placed in time to meet programme.
- Raise and issue PO's to the relevant suppliers / subcontractors in a timely manner
- Break down the budgets for each site and add to the management system
- Regularly monitor the labour, plant and material budget's and raise any concerns with the Senior QS
- Raise quotes and/or invoices on Business Central
- Complete and submit Supplier Approval Forms when new supplies need adding to the management system

We are looking for someone who is confident with numbers. Good spoken and written communication skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Good organisational and time management skills with previous experience in a payroll, accounts or data management environment ideally.
- Ability to communicate
- Be a team player with a flexible and adaptable approach.
- Be able to provide both summarised and detailed reports, on current operations department activities when requested to do so.
- Have a good knowledge of different software packages, Word, Excel, Outlook, with an emphasis on Excel skills.
