Clemence Rogers are currently working in partnership with our client in recruiting for an Industrial Commercial Shot Blaster based in Newtownabbey.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To work with blast, and various tools for the completion of product to the applicable specifications.
- To prepare parts and assemblies for shot blasting & painting to stage for finishing product, meeting defined production standards, schedules and quality requirements.
- Responsible for ensuring all blasting work is undertaken in a safe manner and in line with company health and safety guidelines/policies.
- Counterbalance Forklift licence preferred, not essential
- Various housekeeping duties, in and around the factory
- Ability to work on their own initiative
- Flexible approach to work
- Ability to meet deadlines and follow schedules
- Monitoring & enforcing company Health and safety policy within your area of responsibility

**Hours**:
Monday - Thursday

06:00 - 16:30

40 hour week over 4 days.
