**£31500 un capped OTE with a £24,000 Basic salary**

We are offering a very competitive basic salary and the unique opportunity of uncapped earnings along with availability of a company car.

This fantastic opportunity is based in our longstanding Vauxhall dealership at Gloucester selling new and used vehicles.

We train our retail showroom advisors to have a high adaptable skill set and market leading knowledge to assist and guide customers either on line or in person select the perfect vehicle for them along with several benefit packages we offer
- all you need is is the right attitude and work ethic and we will help you succeed.

It is certainly an exciting time to join the Baylis Group as Vauxhall are one of the best known manufacturers across the UK with a strong following, the exciting movement to a fully electric brand by 2028 and the upcoming launch of the New Forntera coming in the next few months.

We are looking for a passionate, driven individual, matching our company values along with excellent communication skills and ideally some background in retail sales. Motor trade experience is preferred but not essential.

As a Retail Showroom Advisor your role will involve the below responsibilities:

- Providing outstanding customer experience
- Assisting customers by demonstrating vehicles that suit their needs
- Introducing the customer to finance experts to discuss their funding options
- Informing customers of additional products and services that we offer
- Creating sales opportunities through different means of prospecting
- Supporting the management with digital imagery

Baylis also offers a unique progression opportunity to further your career, representing two new vehicle brands and with over 400 used cars across 12 sales outlets across Gloucestershire, Worcestershire, Herefordshire and South Wales.

The role will involve working Saturdays and every other Sunday working to 5.5 day week
