**More about your role**

We have a vacancy for a Sales Co-ordinator who will provide support to the Sales & Marketing Team in managing the marketing and promotion of the Group's Outright Sale and Affordable Sale properties.

You will coordinate the sales procedure to ensure customers receive a smooth and efficient service from reservation to sales completion whilst ensuring that the organisations procedures and guidelines are adhered to. With great administration skills youwill ensure accurate and timely records are kept in relation to plot sales status, forecast dates, sales progression notes and audit trail information.

This is a hybrid role whereby travel to the Leeds office will be required. Your role will also be part based at home in order to achieve a work life balance.
