Insurance Claims Handler

PURPOSE

**MAIN TASKS**
- Provide first class to support to clients in the event of a claim
- Work closely with insurers to settle claims to the satisfaction of the client
- Deal with loss adjusters, assessors, solicitors, and other parties, promptly and efficiently
- Assist in managing the claims portfolio and ensure that they are progressed quickly and professionally
- Engage with the management team on contentious claims, uninsured losses or client and customer complaints
- Prepare internal claims reports providing clear and accurate information

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £22,000.00 per year
