**Role Description**

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks effectively
- Experience in an administrative or operations role preferred. It might be useful to have experience working in a similar role or with vulnerable adults.
- Level 2 or 3 Diploma in Adult Care or higher is required to understand tasks related to the sector.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Supervisory and team leading skills
- The ability to deal with conflict
- Empathy and a genuine desire to help others, along with a kind and caring nature.
- Demonstrates a high level of competency in spoken English

**Hours and Pay**
- Normal working hours will be Monday - Friday 10am - 5pm. Due to a later start, a 30 min lunch break will be provided along with 2 additional coffee breaks.
- Some days may be hybrid working. Computer/ laptop with Microsoft Office and internet connection is essential.
- Bank holidays off

**Salary**: £25,480.00 per year
