Design Director

We're currently working with an impressive and award-winning architecture firm that specialises in creating distinctive architecture within the residential, commercial, mixed-use and hospitality sectors. They are currently expanding due to new projects andare looking for a Design Director to join their team.

**The Design Director will be offered**:

- 55,000 - 65,000 AED per month (660,000 - 780,000 AED per annum)

**Working hours**:
As a Design Director, you’ll be required to work Monday to Friday

**To be considered for the Design Director role you must have**:

- At least 15 years of experience in Architecture
- International experience
- Experience in either residential, commercial, mixed-use and hospitality architecture
- Experience with high-rise buildings
- Experience in designing bespoke, distinctive and funky designs
- Strong knowledge of Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper and Dynamo is a must
- Down to earth and a good team player
- Collaborative and not shy to share your ideas

**As a Design Director, your role will involve**:

- Leading and mentoring a team whilst running your own projects
- Reporting to senior directors
- Presenting projects to team/clients
- Taking projects from A-Z
