- Acquired Brain injury including Stroke)**

**Livability Icanho**

**Full time ( 37.5 hours) Monday to Friday 8.30am
- 4.30pm**

**Salary £20,865**

We have an exciting opportunity for a rehabilitation assistant to join our community based specialist team based in Stowmarket Suffolk.

The service is run by national charity Livability. Our specialist team at Icanho provides high quality community neuro-rehabilitation, education and support for adults and their families following an acquired brain injury including stroke.

Our clinical work is undertaken as an interdisciplinary team including physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech and language therapy, psychology and social work. Our rehabilitation assistants work alongside our therapists to provide bespoke client treatment programmes and are an integral and valued part of our team.

We are looking for a client focussed individual who is passionate about helping our clients work towards achieving their person centred rehabilitation goals. You will be empathic to the needs of people with disabilities, self motivated and able to work on your own or as part of a team.

The role is based at our purpose built centre in Stowmarket Suffolk. The role is split between working at our Stowmarket base, our satellite service in Bungay and the wider community within peoples own homes. For this reason a driving licence and car is essential.

This is an entry level role where no formal role based qualifications are required. We will provide training as well as a rich learning environment for anyone who wishes to develop their skills and is interested in pursuing a career in this area. Applicants with relevant training, experience and/or interest in neuro
- rehabilitation, therapy and wellbeing are welcomed.

Interviews 27th July.

25 days annual leave + bank holidays - Company pension scheme.
