We are seeking a Junior Content Creator to join our team and play a pivotal role in developing content, managing social media channels, growing audiences, and contributing to marketing strategies.

**Responsibilities**:
**Content Creation**: Create engaging and high-quality content across various digital platforms, including blog posts, social media updates, videos, infographics, and more.

**Social Media Management**: Manage and maintain our social media profiles, curating and scheduling content, engaging with the community, and staying up-to-date with industry trends.

**Audience Growth**: Work on strategies to organically grow our online presence, increase followers, and engage with the target audience effectively.

**Content Strategy**: Collaborate with the team to develop content marketing strategies that align with clients' goals and objectives.

**Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing tools and platforms.

**Analytics**: Monitor and analyze the performance of content and campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with the team to ensure content is consistent with branding guidelines and aligns with client objectives.

**Requirements**:

- A passion for digital marketing and content creation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in British English.
- Basic understanding of SEO and keyword research.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A flexible mindset to adapt to the ever-changing digital landscape.
- Graphic design abilities using Canva, Adobe and other softwares

**Salary**: £16,031.34-£18,000.00 per year
