General Builder

DM2 Limited are currently expanding and looking for experianced Multi Trades to join our strong and enthusiastic team.

Our company work on large scale projects along with smaller planned and reactive maintenance work.

Our team are trained to the highest standards with annual enhancement opportunities, we cover all of the major trades in house and are seeking other conscientious individuals to enhance our team and we can offer work on a fully employed basis or self employed basis to suit the applicant.

Applicants need to be physically fit and flexible with working hours when required.

Employed staff are given 28 days paid holiday (inc Bank Holidays), company van, pension and continuous training opportunities with a target based bonus system also.

Our office is based in the heart of Hailsham with a workshop in Polgate. Our team work remotely using the latest apps and software but we require to attend a team meeting once a week.

Salary is based on experiance and based on a 40 hour a working week with overtime opportunities. **£30,000 - £38,000**

**Requirements**:

- Driving License,
- Own tools (excluding specialist),
- Smart appearance

Pay: £28,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
