Join our Food and Beverage team as our Breakfast Supervisor at Another Place The Lake. **What you’ll do**
- Help ensure the continued smooth running of the Rampsbeck Restaurant, Living Space and Glasshouse
- Deputise for the Restaurant Manager, when required
- Work with the Head Chef and Restaurant Manager to improve all aspects of our food service
- Assist in the ongoing training, development and performance management of a large team
- Handle guest complaints, requests and enquiries in a relaxed yet professional manner
- Help create a safe environment for both staff and guests and adhere to the company’s health and safety policy and procedures
