**The Role**

Jancett Childcare are recruiting a Childcare Practitioner to join their nursery group. Our team always put the children’s needs first, by ensuring they can support the child’s individual needs and their next steps of development. Our staff are flexible with their hours and support the needs of the company as and when required.
- Work as a team member

- Look after the children’s needs
- Plan appropriately for children’s age and stage
- Monitor children’s progress
- Build Positive relationships with the parents and external professionals
- Promote a positive, enabling environment that meets the needs of all the children
- To be positive about training and upskill as and when required

**The Hours, Salary and Qualifications required**
Our settings are open 7.30am until 6.30pm

Salary depends on Qualifications, experience and age

Qualifications required: NVQ Level 2 as a minimum or equivalent.

Jancett Childcare are a family run company, **operating successfully in Sutton, Surrey for over 50 years. **We provide community-based childcare for Children aged 0-5 in our Nurseries and 4-11 in our out of school provisions.
