Graduate Technical Writer

**Position Description**

We are looking for Graduate Technical Writer to join our Technology team.
Reporting to the Technical Publications Manager, the main purpose of the role is to research, process and produce technical data and illustrations pertaining to the trucks' illustrated parts catalogues for the Rokbak articulated range of trucks and the legacy rigid trucks, manufactured at Motherwell.

**Personal Key Skills and Qualities**
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- The ability to produce high quality and accurate parts lists along with the required illustrative output.
- Ability to analyse engineering drawings.
- Excellent team player.
- Keen awareness of customer requirements.
- Demonstrates ability to plan, organize and multitask when required.
- The ability to communicate with external suppliers to understand and identify service parts for inclusion in the illustrated parts catalogues.
- Methodical approach.

**Experience and Qualifications**
- Degree in Engineering discipline.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Professional. Specifically, Microsoft Excel.
- Any knowledge and experience in construction equipment or similar areas are considered merits.
- Previous use of Adobe Illustrator software would be advantageous.
- Beneficial to have knowledge of In Design and Catia Composer.
