Employers Agent Wanted in West London
**Your new company**A multidisciplined construction consultancy practice providing services across London and the South of England, The company has built a strong reputation delivering successful project outcomes based on teamwork, reliability, innovation, and excellence. Focusingon sectors including residential, senior care, commercial, education and healthcare.
**Your new role**As the Employers Agent you will develop briefs for your clients and assemble capable project delivery teams, you will procure all needed services to prepare and develop a project to planning submission/tender. In addition, you will also get to prepare successful,accurate tender and contract packages and handle the tender process.
**What you'll need to succeed**
You will be degree educated (or equivalent) and will ideally be RICS qualified. You will be passionate about construction and come from either a Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying or Project Management background. You'll be able demonstrate experience ofworking as an Employers Agent under a JCT, D&B or similar contract.
**What you'll get in return**
