Role: Behaviour Teaching Assistant

GSL Education Manchester are seeking motivated and patient Behaviour Teaching Assistant to work across Stockport.

As a Behaviour Teaching Assistant, in Stockport for GSL Education, you will:

- Support the social and emotional needs of children and young people.
- Promote independent learning.
- Have the ability to manage behaviour as and when it arises.
- Ideally be able to identify triggers for different pupils as a Behaviour Teaching Assistant, and help minimise the risk of these escalating.
- Liase with the school team including SENDCO, Class Teachers and other staff members by taking the lead on pupils behaviours and reporting issues and concerns
