Focused Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Financial Administrator to join our clients manufacturing site in the Abertillery area.
This role is working 8:00am - 4:00pm Monday-Friday with an annual salary paying £29,850 (with benefits)
**Overview**:

- VAT, EC Sales and Intrastat reporting.
- Quarterly Alcohol Relief reporting.
- Weekly Payroll using Sage Cloud Payroll software
- HMRC submissions and Payroll Year End process
- Balance Sheet Reconciliations
- Ensure Creditors Ledger is kept clean' by reconciling Supplier statements and investigating any variances.
- Match supplier invoices to GRNI using 123 Insight software
- Post batch invoices/credits to Sage 50 Cloud Accounts
- Purchase ledger processing and reconciliation to Control Account
- Petty cash management and reconciliation
- Cash book processing and bank reconciliation on Sage 50 Cloud Accounts
- Post journals on Sage 50 Cloud Accounts.
- Maintain GRN register.
- Consistently question procedures in which you are involved, to continuously improve and support growth.
- Ad-hoc duties as required by Financial Controller.
- Any other duties deemed relevant to the role of Financial Administrator
