**We have a fantastic opportunity for the role of Trade Counter Area Support to join our team in Leeds and surrounding depot teams. This role will suit someone who holds trade counter supervisor experience and is looking for the next step toward Depot Management.**

**You will have**:

- Have an eye for detail and capable of completing audit documents as part of monthly depot reviews.
- Is comfortable with working in different locations every day; sometimes at short notice.
- Likes the challenge of problem solving and working with teams to improve their performance.
- Very confident in a trade counter and to assume the manager's role if required to lead the team to ensure the depot trades.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Full and clean driving licence and own vehicle **(required)**:

- Trade counter experience; interacting with walk in customers and being proactive on the phone.
- Calm under pressure.
- Organised and structured approach to work and tasks.
- Eye for detail and works to the highest standards.
- Lead by example and follow process and procedure
- Experience of building/construction products and windows and doors desirable but not essential.
- Ability to plan and organise own workload.
- Ability to work as a member of a team and on own initiative.
- A thorough understanding of health and safety practices
- Proficient IT skills
- Forklift licence desirable but full training will be given.
