Builders Labourer,

**JOB TITLE**: Labourer skilled apprentice

**INDUSTRY**:Building and Construction

**SALARY BAND**: £10.50ph - £12.50ph

**LOCATION**:Teignmouth & Surrounding areas

**JOB DESCRIPTION**: This is a great opportunity with a reputable local construction company with a good working environment in a small team of 1-5 people. I am looking for a motivated person who wants to grow and succeed. You will get to learn many building skills from all aspects of the building trade and increase your pay over time. Working hours are usually 08:00-16:30 Monday-Friday.

This is an ongoing job, with the opportunity to work with us on a permanent basis.
The work will involve general labouring, keeping the site clean and tidy as well as assisting trades and learning new skills.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Assisting trades
- Assisting site team in day to day duties
- Keeping site clean and tidy
- Moving materials

- The ability to perform physical manual labour
