Gardener - Central

Are you passionate about gardening and love working outdoors? We're looking for a dedicated gardener to join our team, ensuring beautiful green spaces across our 7 pubs in the Midlands. With our growing number of sites, we need enthusiastic gardeners to help us achieve our vision of creating and maintaining beautiful gardens.

**Location**: Starting at Joiners Arms, Quarndon
**Hours**: Monday to Friday, 8am - 6pm
**Pay**: £12.50 per hour

**Who are Chilled Pubs?**

It all started back in 2007 when Loren agreed to Richards crazy dream, and they together purchased the Bulls Head in Repton. Fast forward 17 years and they have a thriving pub business. With 7 gorgeous sites, over 600 employees, an industry leading food & drink menu and just to be a bit different, 7 mascot alpacas.

Driven by their vision to become the top leading pub brands in The Midlands, they’re passionate about finding superstars to live and breathe their values and ensure all guests are truly wowed by their Chilled Pub experience. With no signs of slowing down, Richard and Loren are always on the lookout for their next project and would like to reach a portfolio of 20 pubs in the near future.

**Responsibilities**:

- Travel between various sites to maintain and enhance green spaces.
- Planting, pruning, weeding, and general garden maintenance.
- working with basic machinery
- Ensuring all work meets our high standards.
- Managing garden waste and keeping the sites tidy

**Requirements**:

- Full clean driving license
- Own transport to get to the starting site (Joiners Arms, Quarndon)
- Experience in gardening or landscaping preferred, but not essential.
- Ability to work independently, with a pro-active mindset.
