**Sales Orderline Clerk**

PPG, is a leading and well-established global paint company with their Ireland office based in Carrickfergus. We are looking to recruit a full-time, permanent position for a Sales Orderline Clerk

Hours of work are Monday to Thursday (8.30am to 4.30pm), Friday (8.30am to 3.30pm)

**Key Responsibilities**
- Enter customer orders in a timely, accurate and efficient manner
- Send customers order acknowledgements and invoices when requested
- Investigate and respond to all customer queries, enquiries or complaints
- Provide key support to sales representatives and all other areas of the business
- Participate in telesales events
- Build relationships with customers
- Gain a thorough knowledge of all PPG and 3rd party products
- Ensure you are up to date with promotional activity at all times
- Any other tasks as requested by the Team leader
