**Key Responsibilities for the Events Co-ordinator**:
- Liaising with venues
- Site visits
- Admin relating to all areas of events
- Liaise with design/production/marketing team
- Order entry
- Answering telephone and dealing with any requests or queries
- Managing stationery
- Handling delegate customer service
- Dealing with end of day banking for events
- Support in liaising with sponsors before seminars
- Assisting with liaising with speakers
- Updating and reporting on Finance at the end of each event
**For this Events Co-ordinator role the employer is looking for**:
- Applicants must have strong communication skills and a confidence to speak with customers and key people on the phone and face to face at events
- Strong organisational skills, a great work ethic, and bags of enthusiasm are a must.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive and self-motivated, eager to learn and expand your capabilities
- Confident with a dynamic personality
- A can-do attitude with the drive to deliver success
- Ability to attend our full programme of Events & Awards throughout the working year
