**About the role**:
As we embark on a major new development of our BMW site, we have an excellent opportunity available for a Car Park Controller to join our team at Wollaston BMW Northampton.

The successful applicant will be responsible for co-ordinating and supervising vehicle movements between Riverside Way Car Park and Riverside Way Forecourt / Showroom / Workshop and Earls Barton storage facility, and supervising 4 x Vehicle Movement Specialists.

**Main Duties**:

- Based on-site at main dealership
- Efficient co-ordination of vehicle movements between Riverside Way Car Park and Riverside Way Forecourt / Showroom / Workshop and Earls Barton storage facility
- Maintain regular communication between Workshop Controller, Service Advisers and Vehicle Movement Specialists to ensure efficient vehicle flow
- Ensuring the safe and efficient flow of traffic within and to / from Riverside Way Car Park
- Secure storage of car keys and maintaining security of Car Park Control Centre (gatehouse)
- 4 x direct FTE reports (Vehicle Movement Specialists)

**Working Hours**:
This role needs to cover the hours of 8:00am - 6:00pm, Monday to Friday and we are open to either full time applicants or a job share between two part time individuals.

**Critical Skills**:

- Full valid UK driving licence
- Ability to confidently drive and park manual, automatic and electric vehicles
- Good communication skills listening & speaking
- Time management / ability to work to tight deadlines
- A polite and helpful demeanour
- Eligibility to work in the UK
