Overview: We are seeking a talented and creative Web Designer to join our team. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining visually appealing and user-friendly websites. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovative digital solutions to life. Responsibilities: - Design and create visually appealing website layouts, user interfaces, and graphic elements - Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality - Conduct website maintenance, including updating content, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing performance - Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design concepts - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web design and user experience - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into design solutions - Ensure websites are responsive and optimized for various devices and browsers Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Web Designer or similar role - Proficient in design software such as Sketch, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe After Effects - Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript - Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as Drupal - Familiarity with Angular or other JavaScript frameworks is a plus - Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and interaction design - Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously - Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams We offer competitive compensation packages based on qualifications and experience. **Salary**: £30,106.00-£32,199.00 per year
