**Role: Head of Partnerships for SWAPP**

**About The Role**:
As the Head of Partnerships, you'll lead our efforts in building and nurturing strategic alliances with key partners in the stadium and venue industry. With SWAPP, we're committed to transforming the way venues operate, and your role will be crucial in driving our growth and impact in the market.

**About SWAPP**:
SWAPP, created by Vindico, is designed to enhance venue management and operational efficiency through its comprehensive software platform. The key areas of SWAPP include event management, knowledge transfer, operational efficiency, and real-time analytics. By integrating staffing, access control, and detailed reporting tools, SWAPP helps venues streamline their operations, improve efficiencies, increase productivity, and optimise resource allocation. This all-in-one platform empowers venue managers to make data-driven decisions and ultimately increase revenue, elevating their overall service quality and operational effectiveness.

**Responsibilities**:
**Partnership Development**:

- Lead the development and execution of our partnership strategy, identifying and cultivating relationships with key stakeholders in the stadium and venue industry.

**Strategic Alliances**:

- Establish and nurture strategic alliances with partners that align with SWAPP's vision and business objectives, driving mutual value and growth.

**Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring their needs are met.

**Collaboration**:

- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to leverage partnership opportunities and drive mutual success.

**Opportunity Identification**:

- Continuously identify new partnership opportunities and emerging trends in the stadium and venue industry, positioning SWAPP as a leader in the space.

**Performance Tracking**:

- Monitor and track the performance of partnerships, measuring success against predefined KPIs and objectives.

**Advocacy and Showcase**:

- Act as an advocate for SWAPP within the stadium and venue industry, representing the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Proven experience in partnership development and management, preferably in the technology or sports industry.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalise on partnership opportunities that drive business growth.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Results-driven mindset, with a focus on achieving and exceeding partnership objectives and KPIs.
- Collaborative and team-oriented approach, with the ability to work effectively across departments and functions.
- Overnight and UK wide travel is part of the role.

**Desirable Criteria**:

- Experience in the stadium and venue industry or related sectors.
- Knowledge of partnership best practices and industry trends.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Fearless in approach and goals (fail fast mentality).
- Not afraid to do things differently
