**Seeking Part Time Handyman/ Fine Art Porter**

Tayler & Fletcher is a long established firm of Auctioneers, Chartered Surveyors and Estate Agents.

As a well respected local firm, with strong values we seek a Handyman/Fine Art Porter to join our team and be involved with all departments: residential sales & lets, agricultural, commercial and fine art.

This is a flexible role offering great job variety.

The principal role will be that of a handyman to the business completing routine maintenance, undertaking repairs and tackling a range of other practical tasks for the business.

In addition you will be required to assist at all auctions including the Fine Art Department who run the monthly Antiques, Vintage, Collectables, and the Rural Department undertaking Machinery and Hay & Straw sales and take responsibility in the set up and breakdown of these events
- this will require attendance of 8 Saturdays per year (pre planned in our calendar).

Other duties will include the collection of Antiques using one of our two vans, Sign board erection and basic residential repair duties and some gardening duties.

This is a diversified role which could possibly suit a farm employee looking to change careers.
