The BoTree 'one of 2023 hottest openings' (Elite Traveller), is now ready to bring together the team to deliver conscious luxury.

Opening in Summer 2023, our luxury hotel in Marylebone will feature 199 guests rooms which include 29 suites, two remarkable restaurants, unique bars, an exclusive music club, screening room and a wellness centre.

**Executive Head Housekeeper **to join the team as we near the opening of our luxury hotel.

**Purpose and Responsibilities**

To lead the Housekeeping Team and working with the Housekeeping Service Partner ensure the smooth daily operation and guest appeal of the building whilst adhering to its safety, service standards and achieving cost targets. Excellence in room and hotel cleanliness, budgetary cost control and ensuring that through the promotion of knowledge, expertise and personality incredible experiences are created for everyone.

**Your key responsibilities will be**:

- Developing and implementing operational and departmental standards of performance.
- Planning, directing and coordinating the delivery of housekeeping activities to ensure the smooth running of the housekeeping department, delegating where appropriate, implementing pre and post shift briefings and ensuring completion of daily checklists.
- Working with Housekeeping Service Partner to maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness and guest experience throughout the hotel.
- Review, appraisal, on-going development of team members.
- Creating memorable guest experiences for our guests through our beautifully maintained hotel.

**What we would like you to bring**:

- Good general level of education: GCSE Grade 3 and above in English and Maths (or equivalent).
- 2 years’ experience as Executive Head Housekeeper in a luxury environment with 199 bedrooms, including 29 suites, and extensive public areas.
- Demonstrable experience of leading and motivating a housekeeping team.
- Working with external housekeeping service provider.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Working with external housekeeping service provider.
- Current first aid at work qualification.
- Share our values of: Truth, Love and Compassion.

**If you are able to demonstrate the following skills, that would be an advantage**:

- Pre-opening hotel experience.
- Experience of working with technology platforms - e.g. Opera Cloud, Knowcross, Review Pro, Harri, Procure Wizard, Risk Proof
- Passion for environmental, sustainability, charity, community or volunteering activities.

**What we offer**:
Reporting to the Director of Operations, the role is full-time, 40-hours per week. Working to a flexible rota with a 30-minute break included.
