Here at Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital (NNUH), Serco deliver a critical facilities management solution, with the aim of providing an exceptional service that continues to improve patient outcomes and reduces costs for our NHS partners.

We're looking for an Estates Facilities Support Coordinator to join our team and support the Hard Facilities Management Team. This role will support and work with the Estates Operational Supervisory Team, performance monitoring and reporting, triaging and coordinator of workloads and work streams to meet contractual obligations, client liaison and support, working with and updating of the CAFM system information and data, checking and analysis of data, and taking part in audits and producing reports.

The post holder will support in the provision of a professional, safe, compliant, and efficient estates and maintenance service and ensure that the Hospital Building, Fabric, Plant, Services and Equipment are working correctly and safely.

**Main responsibilities of the role include**:

- Work with and alongside the Supervisory team to triage, monitor and manage the Estates workload in line with all policies and procedures to achieve contractual requirements and meet service level targets to include planning or work and ordering of spares and equipment.
- Utilise the CAFM system and associated dashboards.
- Utilise the CAFM system to efficiently manage service delivery, identifying key areas of focus, working with the Supervisory team to prioritise and identify appropriate resources.
- Manage workstreams in line with CAFM management procedures to ensure they are accurate and up to date.
- Work with and engage with specialist contractors to include arranging and planning service and reactive call out visits.
- Analyse monitoring performance to identify mitigation, failure trends, lessons to learn and areas for improvement.

**What you’ll need to do the role**:

- Experience of working with CAFM systems in a similar environment.
- Knowledge and experience of plant, equipment, and a general understanding of mechanical, electrical, building services.
- Excellent administration and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage conflicting workloads to meet contractual deadlines.
- Qualifications to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent would be beneficial.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
