Hilltop Kitchen is a farm to table day time venue situated in a stunning location in the surrey hills. Our kitchen works with our own farm and some of the best local suppliers to create a daily changing and creative menu. Since opening in July 2021 we have strived to provide a truly unique and outstanding experience and we are now looking to become a recognised and revered food destination in the UK.

We are recruiting a Bar Tender / Barista to join the team.

**About the job**

As **Bar Tender / Barista** you will have a fantastic personality, engaging with our customers to give them exceptional service. You will have great knowledge of your bar menu, preparing drinks for your customers and making recommendations. A passion to deliver the highest quality of coffee and drinks, consistently, is essential.

Organised and familiar with managing on tap beers and larger is an advantage.

**About You**

Experience relevant to the position is an advantage.
- Have previous experience working within a quality restaurant / bar operation as Bar Tender / Barista (training will also be provided)
- Are passionate about creating fantastic drinks and coffees with the ability to advise and recommend to customers
- Are attentive and proactive with the ability to respond quickly to the needs of customers and the team
- Are excellent team players with exceptional communication skills
- Awareness of and adherence to Food Safety and Health & Safety legislation

**Salary**: From £13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 48 per week
