**The role**
- Creating and maintaining accurate client records.
- To develop professional relationships with colleagues and clients to improve and enhance the services we receive and provide.
- Preparing documentation for client meetings.
- Receiving and acting on instructions from the Mortgage Advisors.
- Supporting the processing of information with Mortgage Advisors.
- Creating and producing suitability letters and reports.
- Using various research and quoting systems.
- Obtaining product information from providers.
- Liaising with clients and product providers on outstanding documents and queries.
- Ensuring all client files are compliant on an ongoing basis.
**Who we are looking for**:
- You should have a minimum 1 years experience in a similar role.
- A excellent understanding of Microsoft Office.
- Confident liaising with customers and colleagues.
- High levels of organisation and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage your own time as part of a small but very busy team.
