Administrator - Music Department

An opportunity has arisen to provide organisational and administrative support within this busy and successful music department. This is a permanent role working four hours a day during term time.
As the Music Department Administrator, you will be an integral member of the team, using your exceptional organisational skills to support the Director of Music and other members of staff with the smooth day-to-day running of the department. A willingness to drive a small van on concert days would be advantageous.
- Responsibilities are varied and will include:_
- Responding to queries from pupils, parents, prospective parents, visiting music teachers and members of the public;
- Taking, compiling and distributing minutes from departmental meetings;
- Liaising with the marketing department on all aspects of promoting concerts and events;
- Ensuring rehearsal spaces and materials are ready on time.
- In return, you will receive:_
- An hourly rate of £17.16;
