Aesthetic Practitioner

Medical Network Group based in Town Centre Walsall.

Aesthetics Skin & Co is a Skin & Laser Clinic located in City Centre Walsall and we are looking for an Aesthetic Practitioner to join our team.

The role is available for an Aesthetic Practitioner who can conduct all treatments unsupervised and is fully trained. The aesthetic treatments including Hydro Facial, Microneedling, Laser Hair Removal, Dermaplaning, Microdermabrasion, and Light Therapy, so training and experience in as many of these treatments as possible will be required.

We are looking for:

- Minimum NVQ level 3 or above or similar qualification in beauty treatments
- NVQ level 4 in laser or equivalent qualification is preferred
- Trainer and assessor qualification is a massive advantage but not essential
- Result oriented and eager to progress both in career and financially
- Native level English speaking with strong verbal and written communication ability
- Articulate with a good telephone manner
- Presentable with a warm and friendly disposition
- Consultative sales approach

We are also looking to increase the clinic’s treatment menu and so any additional training and experience would also be welcome.

- Monthly bonuses, incentives and commissions are also provided in addition to the monthly rate on both retail and services. Up to £1000 a month of bonuses can be given.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
