An experienced CNC Setter/Operator (Manufacturing Technician) is required for this global organisation in Solihull.
You will be required to:
- Manufacture, inspect and certify components to defined specification
Set and operate equipment
Monitor tool life and aid in the developing of process control by utilising pre-control and statistical process control techniques
To ensure accurate booking to production orders within SAP
In conjunction with team leaders adopt lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
Minimise change over and set up times
Elimination of scrap and rework costs
Maintain the effecitveness of the quality system
Adhere to Health and Safety policies and procedures
To work nights:
- Mon to Thurs 9.45pm - 6.00am
**Salary**:
- £25k - £32k + shift allowance of 25% (£36250 - £40000)
