**Role and Responsibilities**:
Currently seeking a suitably qualified Glazing and Doors Surveyor to survey private and rented domestic properties for secondary glazing and door replacements.

The aspect of the job is generating full survey requirement to allow installation to proceed as per the contract requirement. E.g. assisting the customer to choose a suitable product, correct measurements, create plans, select ironmongery, complete/submit survey paperwork to administration team.

You will liaise with the client, tenant and owner when working in their properties conducting yourself in accordance with the Everwarm Code of Conduct.

**Experience**:

- Installing/surveying UPVC, composite doors & secondary glazing units to a high standard.
- Working with the team to ensure a quality finish.
- Providing routine correspondence both written and verbally.
- Working in a fast-paced environment, under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Ability to work alone, prioritise effectively as well as adapt to changing priorities.
- Exceptional attention to detail is essential.

- Industry knowledge and experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels both verbally and written.
- Essential time management skills.
- Maintain focus on key tasks/manage deadlines.
- Ability to assess own performance and follow training direction.
- Working knowledge of all current Health and Safety legislation and best practice.
- Ability to prioritise, problem solve & deliver a high-quality output.
- Well-presented, proactive, productive with an approachable manner.
