The Customer Propositions team is at the heart of Vodafone Business and plays an integral part in driving Vodafone’s market ambition within the IT and Communications market, with responsibility for delivering customer propositions that add clear differentiated value for both our customers and our business - allowing us to win in the market and deliver our ambitions for profitable growth.
**What you’ll do**
This is an exciting period of growth for the Propositions team, and this role focuses on developing and showcasing Vodafone’s customer solutions, not as standalone propositions but as a curated package, tailored to different verticals/industries or segments e.g. Healthcare or Manufacturing. The role holder will work with their wider proposition and marketing colleagues to build out the compelling why Vodafone for story, along with influencing the build and design of new propositions driven from market research and insight tailored to the specific areas of the market being worked upon
- Commissioning and delivering customer insight and research to support the development of future propositions, promotions and opportunities for Vodafone
- Evaluating market opportunities for future developments utilising analyst reports and market data.
- Developing and planning different proposition strategy and objectives (identifying target markets, target setting, competitor analysis, and performance management), for the different segments and verticals being worked upon
- Develop differentiated proposition positioning that sets us apart from the competition and messaging framework that will utilised across VF Business for both internal and external communication that clearly articulates our USP and clear customer benefits/outcomes.
- Creating an engaging and focussed launch calendar for your proposition areas working closely with senior stakeholders to get buy in and marketing colleagues to ensure cascade of messaging to customers across all relevant segments.
- Managing senior stakeholder relationships with Sales, Commercial, Marketing, Brand & Product leads to ensure that launches are aligned, and sales are achieving commercial objectives with regular updates.
- Managing senior stakeholder relationships including preparing communications for EXCO and GMT updates and presenting at ELT level
- Working closely with Product Managers and GTM Managers to bring new proposition capability to market with full end to end customer journey and launch campaigns and provide them with key market trend analysis.
- Working closely with the direct and in-direct segment leads, sales and commercial teams to produce sales plans, targeted marketing activity and stakeholder engagement and manage category in life to drive the performance of the existing portfolio
- Working with Online, Digital, Social and PR to drive consideration for your proposition portfolio
