**Job Description**:
As a Test Lead at Frasers Group, you will work as part of an enthusiastic, motivated, and delivery focused Agile Test Team. Our platforms run over 50 websites - including some of the biggest names in Retail. It is important that you feel comfortable in an environment where different teams also develop different products. From front-end, single-page apps to complex e-commerce environments.

This role is available on a mainly remote basis, with 1 day a week on site at our Shirebrook HQ.
- Leading a team of Test Engineers, guiding the quality practice of our digital products and providing best experience to our customer
- Exploring, discovering and modelling complex systems with various heuristics and techniques in an efficient way
- Contributing throughout the SDLC by actively exploring and analysing - from the design, story mapping/refinement to release and monitoring
- Championing test practice within the development teams to increase team’s performance
- Developing and adapting the test strategy based on the project risks/context

**Qualifications**:

- 8+ years experience, ideally within web testing, and leading large scale product teams
- Passion for innovation and improving efficiencies
- Full SDLC, appreciation of QA, CI/CD, and the benefits of automation
- Test automation
- JavaScript/TypeScript, WebdriverIO, Cypress, Playwright and relevant JS/TS API testing framework like Jest/Supertest
- Experience in Agile environment and DevOps development at a large scale
- Non-functional testing (e.g., Security, Performance, Resilience or Accessibility)
- Experience in Ecommerce industry (Desirable)
- Agile Testing certification (e.g.,ISTQB Agile testing) or attending Rapid Software Testing courses (Desirable)
- AWS, Azure or GCP (Desirable)
