We are looking for child focused individuals who have experience of working with children and young people with disabilities, challenging behaviours and complex healthcare needs at Inglefield,

Inglefield is a small residential home based in Runcorn that provides short breaks and residential support to children and young people between the ages of 4-18 within a family centred environment.

We pride ourselves on delivering a high-quality service in a fun, charismatic and relaxed environment that allows the children and young people to achieve their potential.

This is a role where your skills, hobbies, and interests will bring additional inspiration

**Duties include**:

- Providing a key worker role, in accordance with the child/young person’s care plan.
- Involvements in informal group work with the children, young people and their families
- Planning, preparation, delivery and participation in activities for children/young people to include education and leisure interests.
- Providing reports, recording events and contributing to the maintenance of case files.
- Involvement in domestic chores - including washing, preparation of meals, shopping and cleaning.
- Personal Care

Your hours are on a rota basis, this involves some early mornings, evenings and weekend working and there is a requirement to do sleep-in duties for which an additional enhancement is paid.

**In return you will receive**:

- Competitive Salary -** £12,853.46 - £13,996.22 pro rata (18hrs)**:

- You will be actively supported and encouraged to build on your skills and knowledge to maximise the opportunities that working for the Council has to offer.
- Annual leave entitlement varies according to length of service and ranges from 25 days to 33 days per year, in addition to eight bank holidays.
