**We are looking for a Team Leader to assist a team of Support Workers provide support for an individual in their own home with various physical and learning disabilities.**

**Salary Range**:£13 - 14 / hour

**Location**:Alnwick

**Job Type**:Permanent / Full-Time

You will be expected to work with a person who has various physical and learning disabilities, supporting them within their own home and in the local community.

There will also be domestic duties within the service user's house along with accompanying them into the community, you would act as a driver for the service user and accompany them on holiday and on weekends away when required.

All necessary training will be provided for the role along with supervision and support.

**Requirements**:

- We are looking for someone that is caring, kind, compassionate, considerate.
- Experience caring for someone in their own home
- Non smoker with good mental & physical stamina
- Must have a full and valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
- At least 1 years experience is required in health and social care.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
