**Job Description - Data Coordinator**

CSS Recycling are the leading processor and recycler of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment in the UK. Through the expertise of our people and investment in modern technology, we promote and deliver a sustainable solution for the recycling of WEEE. Established for over 35 years, we have major contracts with local authorities, utility companies and businesses throughout the UK.

As a result of continuous business growth we are looking to recruit a **Data Coordinator** reporting to the PA.

This is an exciting new position and an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to take the next step in their career and join a well-established and successful team. You will need to be flexible in the workplace as this position requires both Office and Yard attendance to fulfil the role successfully.

**Qualifications**:

- GCSE Maths and English minimum

**Experience**:

- 1 year minimum in an office environment
- Proficient with Excel

**Skills**:

- Good working knowledge of the MS Office Suite: Primarily Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Experience with data entry, retrieval, and manipulation, accuracy and attention to detail is essential.
- Displaying effective communication both orally and in writing.
- Must have the ability to multitask, working on your own initiative with mínimal supervision and having a conscientious and thorough approach to work.
- Ability to successfully prioritise, manage time and resources, displaying effective organisational skills.
- Have a flexible approach to work, punctual, polite and display a willingness to undertake varied responsibilities, working alone or as part of a team.

**Main Duties**:

- Liaising with PA, Yard Managers and Line Supervisors
- Driving to and from our 3 sites to gather data from each of our processing lines
- Daily and weekly production line reporting to assist the PA with the line costings
- Scanning report data retrieval for the Contracts Department.
- Monitoring that jobs are processed, and outturns are delivered in a timely manner
- Organise day-to-day administrative duties gathering information
- Assist with daily office operations and ad hoc tasks as required
- Assist the PA with transferring our manual reporting system to a new computerised reporting system.

**Job Type**:Full-time - 42.5 hrs per week 08:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday (0.5 hour for lunch)

**Salary**: £23,500 per annum (negotiable depending on experience)

**Full UK Manual Driving Licence is required - use of Company vehicle during office hours**
