**About us**

Tupelo Bar & Bistro is a small Bistro in the centre of Holmfirth. Offering all of our customers Great wines, Cocktails and food, including Bottomless brunches and private functions.

We are open Wednesday / Sunday

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders and serve beverages to customers
- Prepare and mix a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes
- Provide recommendations and suggestions for drink selections
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Adhere to all food safety and alcohol serving guidelines
- Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol consumption

Qualifications:

- Previous experience working in a restaurant or bar environmen.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously
- Strong hospitality skills to provide exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and garnishments
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper handling of alcohol

**Salary**: £11.00-£12.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
- customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
- Bartending: 1 year (preferred)
