We are currently recruiting for a **Dining Room Supervisor** to be a part of our integral team at* DST Leconfield, HU17 7LX*

**What you'll be doing**
- Supervise the dining room and ensure everything is set up and functioning well
- General cleaning of the area including front and back of house support
- Ensure the day-to-day food service is delivered in line with contractual need to include any dining activity, bar service, cleaning services
- Supervise the delivery of hospitality bookings daily
- Operating the till and cash handling
- Ensure all team members are coached, mentored and trained to undertake their daily tasks to meet the business need
- Ensure daily cleaning standards of all service areas utilising health checks and assurance tools
- Preparation of any other public facing areas as required including set up for hospitality events
- Ensure teams follow food hygiene and safety procedures in line with health and safety requirements
- Carry out regular team briefs and safety briefs as required
- Undertake relevant training as required of all aspects of the role including classroom and eLearning based

**Experience**
- Food hygiene certificate - Level 2 - relevant training will be provided through e-learning
- Health & safety Level 2 - relevant training will be provided through e-learning
- Previous experience supervising in a similar environment is desirable but all training will be provided in this multi service role.
- Good level of spoken english
- Self motivated and customer focused
- Positive attitude at all times
- Follows instructions well with a willingness to learn
