**About the Role**:
As a Fibre Co-ordinator, you will play a pivotal role in our operations, acting as the driving force behind scheduling Fibre Engineers and providing essential administrative support. This role is critical to ensuring a smooth and efficient operation, making you an indispensable part of our success story. We are seeking someone who thrives in a busy and dynamic environment, using their initiative to go above and beyond.
**Responsibilities**:
- Get ready to make things happen Allocate work to our highly skilled Fibre Engineers, ensuring that we meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), deliver on client promises, and achieve productivity targets. When delays occur, keep our valued customers in the loop.
- Take the lead in planning and organizing current and future works, staying one step ahead to ensure we surpass our business KPIs. Your proactive approach will set the pace for success
- Put your technological prowess to work Update our internal and client systems with precision, capturing changes and updates with an eagle eye for detail.
- Collaboration is the name of the game Work seamlessly with our Field Supervision team, keeping a finger on the pulse of daily activities and providing timely updates to ensure smooth progress.
- Join forces with our dynamic planning team, combining your coordination skills to ensure we meet our deliverables with flair and finesse.
- Embrace the challenge of cross-referencing workforce productivity against planned works, uncovering opportunities for improvement and driving exceptional performance.
