supporting children living with profound and sometimes undiagnosed conditions.

Their medical needs are complex, their disabilities are life limiting.

What we need from you
- minimum of 1 year care experience
- full UK driving licence
- To work 36 hours,typical over 3 nights (19.15pm-7.15am)

What the role involves
- Taking responsibility for child/young adults within the home/in the community including following care plans,dispensing and administrating medication and maintaining physical and emotional needs.
- Taking the lead in emergency interventions for children/young adults where necessary.
- Over see night staff team on duty,completing supervisions and performance reviews when needed.
- Contribute to regular revisions of care plans as required
- Discuss and report any concerns about the young children or young people with senior staff.
- Act as a role model to staff under you guidance.
- 36 hours typically worked over 3 nights (19.15pm-7.15am)
