**The Company**

Veenus is a small travel company that is the UK’s leading provider of experience tours for groups. We design innovative tours with an unparalleled focus on world class quality, allowing us to build strong partnerships with international brands such as Hilton, Marriott, Manchester United, Orient Express, Buckingham Palace and many more. This year, we are launching a unique B2B digital platform that will transform our business and the industry. Veenus is a team of entrepreneurial thinkers, who want less corporate structure and more agile innovation to continuously refresh the service we offer our customers. It is crucial that our team members too embrace this ethos.

**The Role**

Our Experience Co-ordinators are key team members who our sales, marketing and finance people depend on. They are multi-skilled people comfortable to take on anything from general administration to liaising with senior management. Regular duties can include answering the phone, filing, sending out contracts through to administrative tasks for the CEO and senior management, negotiating with suppliers and responding to customer queries.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Internship
Part-time hours: 37.5 per week

Pay: £22,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

Schedule:
