**Finance Business Partner, £60,000, Central London and Hybrid**

**Your Role**
- Provision of accurate, reliable and timely financial information including monthly management accounts, forecast, budget-holder reports and project reporting.
- Build trusted partnership with the business to influence and support tactical and strategic business decisions promoting business improvements and cost reductions.
- Ensure the Head of Finance is kept informed on the financial position and communicate/advice on the financial implications of future projects.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget, and the ongoing monitoring of actual and forecast financial performance, identifying any deviations and highlight them to the Head of Finance.
- Provide commercial analysis and support including margin and profitability analysis, costings, forecasting and reviewing contracts.
- Monitor funding budgets and work closely with the Development team on donor reporting and funds management.
- Produce cash flow reports and prepare and monitor the cash flow forecast.
- Work closely with the Heads of Trusts on financial grant and award reporting ensuring adherence to requirements and safeguarding future funding.
- Ensure an appropriate distinction is maintained between restricted and unrestricted funds and monitor use of restricted funds to ensure all restrictions are observed.

**Your Skills & Qualifications**:

- Qualified Accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) with strong FP&A and business partnering skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent experience of management accounts, project reporting and variance analysis.
- Knowledge of financial accounting activities and statutory accounts.
- Commercial business acumen.
- Experience in an arts or charity accounts environment would be preferable but not required
- Advanced Excel modelling skills would be beneficial
- Experience of working with budget holders to produce complex budgets and forecasts and the ability to work with non-financial specialists to help them manage budgets and control activities.
