**TTS 24-7 Recruitment has an exciting new opportunity available to work as part of an award-winning transport team based near Lanark. We are currently recruiting 6 additional driver mates/porters to add to their client’s expanding business and support in the delivery of kitchens all throughout the country.**

This is a temp to perm role so upon successful completion of the first 12 weeks of employment through TTS 24-7 Recruitment you will be taken on directly as a permanent member of staff.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- You will work on average 48hrs per week, this will be over a 4 week rotation, so some weeks will be Monday to Friday, Tuesday to Saturday, Mon, Thur, Fri and Sat and the other week Mon, Tues, wed and Sat
- If you don’t work 48hrs you will always be paid a minimum of 48hrs (*this may be changing to Monday to Friday come the New Year)
- Start times between 04:15 and 06:15 at the depot near Lanark - 10 to 12-hour shift depending on delivery location.
- Delivery of kitchens to home addresses (**this will be a physically demanding role**)
- Working as part of a 2-man crew, delivering to various addresses all over Scotland.
- No loading of the vehicles is required as they use demountable trailers.

**ESSENTIALS**:

- Fit and healthy as this is a physical role with a lot of manual handling involved
- Excellent communication skills
- Access to own transport due to start times and the location of the depot.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Previous experience in providing home delivery services

All staff are entitled to 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays.
